For many, the thought of engaging in therapy can be scary. I know what it’s like to have friends and family state how therapy/counseling “is not what we do.”
What if I told you, I help people who are experiencing emotional and/or physical pain. I am here to support you in a non-judgmental, safe and caring environment. You get to choose the challenges you want to face first.
My job is to help guide you and support you on your journey by identifying your strengths and enhancing your coping skills. I do this by working with a wide variety of concerns, however, I specialize in working with women and their families experiencing: stress, anxiety and trauma. I incorporate the person as a whole, meaning exploring food and environment in addition to traditional talk therapy such, as CBT, to ensure overall health is met.
My services are designed to help everyday people, like you, find strength despite the challenges you’ve experienced.
